DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2026 | Last Updated: July 5, 2026

Volume 11 Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of www.volume11inc.com (the “Site”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice (a “DMCA Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA Notices to our Designated Agent:

Copyright Agent, Volume 11 Inc
Volume 11 Inc
7044 Convoy Ct, San Diego, CA 92111
Phone: (619) 997-2280
Email: andys@volume11inc.com

Please note: under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA Notice or its agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Ownership of Site Content

Except for user-submitted content, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Volume 11 Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
